How you earn it
- Publish a ride and lead it.
- Complete rides with your group.
- Review the riders you rode with, honestly.
- Get reviews that other riders find helpful.
- Keep riding: streaks and badges add up too.
What it's for
When you join a ride with people you've never met, a rider's Respect tells you they show up, finish, and look out for the group. It's shown on every profile, and it can't be bought.
